Reviews & reputation
More Google reviews, asked for the right way
Most happy customers would leave a review if someone asked at the right moment. We ask every customer automatically after the job, make it one tap, and reply to what comes in, good or bad, so your profile looks looked-after.

What you get
- A review request by text and email after every completed job, with one reminder
- A direct link to your Google review form, so leaving one takes seconds
- Drafted replies to every new review for you to approve, or posted for you if you prefer
- A same-day alert when a review under four stars comes in
- Your Google reviews shown on your website
- Monthly count of new reviews and your rating, from Google, not from us
How it runs
- 01
Connect your job list
From your job management app (ServiceM8, Tradify, Jobber, Fergus and others) or a simple job-done button.
- 02
Approve the wording
The request and the reminder are in your voice, and they go to every customer, not just the happy ones.
- 03
Reply and report
We draft replies within one business day and send you the monthly numbers.
Honest limits
What this isn't
- We never buy reviews, write them or offer customers anything for them. That breaks Google's rules and consumer law in every market we work in.
- We don't filter out unhappy customers before asking. Asking only the happy ones (review gating) is against Google's policy, so everyone gets the same request.
- We can't remove a genuine bad review. We can help you reply well and flag reviews that break Google's policies.
Questions
Matters most for
What if a customer is unhappy?
They get the same request as everyone else, and you get an alert the same day if a low review lands, with a drafted reply. A calm, specific reply to a bad review often does more for the next customer than another five-star one.
Does it work with my job software?
If your app can mark a job complete, we can usually trigger from it. Common ones include ServiceM8, Tradify, Jobber, Fergus, simPRO, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan. If yours can't, a one-tap 'job done' link works too.
