Lead response
Every enquiry answered, even when you're on the tools
The job usually goes to whoever gets back first. You can't answer the phone on a roof or under a house, so we set up the system that answers for you: a text when you miss a call, a reply the moment a form comes in, and a nudge on every quote that goes quiet.

What you get
- Missed-call text-back: a caller you couldn't answer gets a text from your business straight away
- Instant replies to website forms, Facebook and Instagram messages and Google Business Profile chats
- Every enquiry in one inbox on your phone, whichever channel it came from
- Quote follow-up: polite reminders on quotes that haven't been accepted, then it stops
- A booking link or job request form, so a customer can pick a time without phone tag
- A weekly list of enquiries and quotes still waiting on you
How it runs
- 01
Map how work comes in
Your numbers, forms, inboxes and how you quote today. Nothing changes until you've agreed the plan.
- 02
Write the messages with you
Every automatic text and email is in your voice, and you approve each one before it goes live.
- 03
Switch it on and watch it
We test every path with a real call and a real form, then check replies and gaps each week.
Honest limits
What this isn't
- We don't answer your phone for you or pretend to be you in a live conversation. Automatic messages say who they're from.
- We don't text people who haven't contacted you. Text-back only replies to someone who just called your business.
- We don't keep chasing a customer who says no or asks to stop. One reply of STOP ends it.
Questions
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. Missed-call text-back can run on your existing number through call forwarding, or on a tracked number that forwards to your mobile. We'll recommend one after looking at how you take calls now.
What does the text actually say?
Whatever you approve. A typical one is: "Sorry we missed your call, it's Dave from Smith Plumbing. I'm on a job. What do you need a hand with?" It names your business and gives the customer an easy way to reply.
Is this allowed in the US?
No US rule clearly covers a text reply to a missed call, so we take the careful route: one factual message that says who it's from, with no offers, sent from a number registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC). Anything after that only happens if the customer replies. See the compliance page.
