Results as a Service
What counts as a result
One result is one qualified meeting held. A meeting is billable only when all of these are true — and the definition is written down and agreed before the first email goes out, not argued about afterwards.
Billable when all of these are true
- The prospect matches the ideal customer profile agreed in writing before launch
- The person you meet holds a role on the agreed buyer list
- It was booked through a channel we run for you: our sequences, assisted LinkedIn, or the booking links and forms we set up
- The meeting actually took place. No-shows and same-day cancellations are never billed
- You can dispute a meeting within 48 hours of it taking place; we review it together against this definition
How result billing works
- Result fees are billed monthly in arrears, itemised meeting by meeting
- You set a monthly cap on result fees in your Order Form, and we never bill above it
- The base fee covers the engine; you are never billed for activity, only for meetings held
Example, not a forecast
- Growth base
- $2,490
- 8 meetings held × $200
- $1,600
- That month
- $4,090
The meeting count is made up to show the arithmetic. It is not what we expect for your market, and it is always held under the cap you set.

Work out a month before you book a call
Pick a plan, move the meeting count, and set a cap if you want one. The result fee is $200 per qualified meeting held on every plan, and the cap is yours to set — we never bill above it.

Service levels
What we commit to
In every plan, written into the agreement you sign, on top of the result definition. These are the parts of the work we control, so they are the parts we put our name to.
Nothing sends until you approve it
You approve the ICP, a sample of the list and every sequence before the first email goes out.
Live within 21 days
From kickoff and access being granted to the first emails going out.
Volume delivered
The send volume in your plan, every month, or the shortfall is credited.
Spam rate under 0.1%
Monitored daily. Mailbox providers start filtering at 0.3%; we stop sending well before that.
A written meeting definition
Agreed before launch, so a reported meeting means what you think it means.
Opt-outs within 2 business days
Faster than Australia's 5 working days and in line with Gmail and Yahoo's sender rules.
What we do not promise, and why
Results as a Service changes what you pay for, not what anyone can honestly promise. A promised number of meetings sounds reassuring until someone has to decide what counts as a meeting — when that is settled after the fact, the number tends to be met with calls you would never have called meetings. So the definition is agreed in writing before launch, you pay $200 only for meetings that meet it, and a slow month costs you the base fee and nothing more.
Not guaranteed, in any plan
- A minimum number of meetings — you pay for the ones that happen instead
- Deals or revenue from the meetings we book
- Search rankings or citations in AI answers
- Results from a market or offer that does not fit

Straight answers
What does Results as a Service mean here?
You pay a monthly base fee for the engine — the sending infrastructure, the research, the content and the reporting — and $200 per qualified meeting held on top. A result only counts if it meets the written definition we agree before launch, the meeting actually takes place, and it was booked through a channel we run for you. No-shows are never billed, and you set a monthly cap on result fees.
Why not pure pay-per-meeting?
Because most of the work happens before the first meeting exists: domains warmed for weeks, lists researched, sequences written, content published, compliance checked. A fee that only pays on meetings pushes an agency towards sending more and defining a meeting loosely — the two things that damage your domain and waste your calendar. The base fee pays for doing the groundwork properly; the result fee keeps us paid for outcomes rather than activity.
Does RaaS mean you promise a number of meetings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a meeting count before seeing your offer and market. What RaaS changes is what you pay: $200 per qualified meeting held, only for meetings that happen. A slow month costs you the base fee and nothing more.
Can I cap my result fees?
Yes. You set a monthly cap on result fees in your Order Form, and we never bill above it. Qualified meetings beyond the cap in a month are not billed; the base fee is unchanged. You can change the cap at the end of any month.
How many meetings should we expect?
We will not promise a number, because it depends on your market, your offer and how reachable your buyers are, none of which we have seen yet. A free pipeline snapshot or a strategy call is where we give you an honest read on that before you sign. Under Results as a Service you pay only for meetings that actually happen, so a slow month costs you the base fee and nothing more.
Why publish prices at all?
Because you should be able to rule us in or out before spending thirty minutes on a call. Most outbound agencies ask you to book a call to find out what they cost. A number on the page is more useful to you, and it means the call can be about whether the work fits rather than about price.
Why is there a 3-month initial term?
Because the first month is mostly building: the ideal customer profile, sending domains that need two to three weeks of warmup, the first lists and sequences. Outbound and content both need several weeks of real data before targeting and copy can be tuned properly. After the first three months every plan runs month to month.
What does the setup fee pay for?
The work that happens once: the ICP and messaging workshop, configuring and warming the sending domains and inboxes, the first list build, connecting your CRM and calendar, and setting up tracking and reporting. On Full-Funnel it also covers conversion tracking and the first ad campaigns.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes, on the base fee: 10% off when you pay 6 months upfront, or 15% off when you pay 12 months upfront. Result fees are not prepaid — they are billed monthly, meeting by meeting, so you only ever pay for meetings that have happened. If a prepaid plan ends early, unused whole months are refunded at the undiscounted monthly base fee.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at the end of any month. Moving up adds the new channels from the next month. Moving down keeps whatever is already built — domains, content, nurture sequences — in your accounts.
Who owns the domains, the data and the content?
You do. Sending domains are registered to you, your CRM and ad accounts stay in your name and on your billing, and every article, sequence and list we produce for you is yours. If you leave, you keep all of it, including the suppression list of people who asked not to be contacted.
Is ad spend included in Full-Funnel?
No. The base fee covers managing your campaigns. The spend itself is paid by you directly to LinkedIn and Google, from accounts in your name, and is never billed through us.
Do you work with companies outside Australia, the UK and the US?
The plans and our compliance practice are built around those three markets' email and privacy rules. If you sell elsewhere, ask on the call — we will tell you honestly whether we know the rules in your market well enough to run outbound there.
Can you build automation that is not marketing?
Yes. Custom automation builds — finance, operations and support workflows, and AI agents — are quoted per project rather than sold as a plan. See the custom automation page for how those engagements run.
Find out whether your market is a fit
Thirty minutes on a call. We will tell you which plan fits, or whether outbound is the wrong tool for your offer, before you sign anything.
