AI-native B2B marketing
Outbound that reads like a person wrote it, because one checked it
AI makes it cheap to send a lot of email. That is the problem: inboxes are full of it, and mailbox providers now filter it hard. We use AI for the research and the first draft, a person for the judgement, and sending infrastructure built to the Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook rules — so the emails arrive, and they are worth reading when they do.

The problem
What this usually looks like
Your best deals come from conversations, and you do not have enough of them. Referrals are lumpy, an in-house SDR is expensive to hire and slow to ramp, and the last agency sent ten thousand generic emails from your main domain and got it flagged.
What you get
- A documented ideal customer profile and the trigger signals that make an account worth contacting now
- Verified prospect lists, enriched with the context a good first line needs
- Secondary sending domains and inboxes, authenticated and warmed — registered to you
- AI-personalised sequences, reviewed by a person before anything sends
- Reply handling: interested replies passed to you within one business day, meetings booked into your calendar
- Every contact, email and reply synced to your CRM
- Deliverability and results report every month
How the work runs
01
Define who to talk to
ICP, buying roles, exclusions and the signals that make now the right time. Written down and agreed, because every later decision depends on it.
02
Build the sending infrastructure
Secondary domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, inbox warmup. Your main domain is never used for outbound.
03
Research and write
AI researches each account and drafts the opening. A person checks the claims and the tone before it joins a sequence.
04
Send, watch, adjust
Volume ramps over the first weeks. Spam rate, bounces and replies are watched daily; copy and targeting change weekly.
05
Hand over the conversation
Interested replies come to you with the context. The meeting is yours to run.

What we build it with
Honest limits
What this is not
- We do not send from your main domain, and we do not buy scraped lists and blast them.
- We do not automate LinkedIn. It breaks LinkedIn's terms and the account at risk is yours, so LinkedIn is researched and drafted by us and sent by you.
- We do not promise a minimum number of meetings. Under Results as a Service you pay $200 per qualified meeting held, only for meetings that happen and meet the written definition — and we commit to the work: volume, deliverability and that definition, agreed before launch.
- We do not email Australian or UK prospects that the Spam Act or PECR says we should not.
The systems behind this service
Every entry documents the business problem it solves, what it does and the architecture behind it. They are the building blocks we run for you, adapted to your stack.
Straight answers
Will this hurt my domain's reputation?
No, because your main domain is never used. Outbound runs from secondary domains registered to you, authenticated and warmed before they send, with daily caps per inbox. If one of those domains has a bad week, your normal email is unaffected.
How many meetings will I get?
We will not promise a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does without having seen your offer and market. That is the point of Results as a Service: you pay $200 per qualified meeting held, only for meetings that actually take place and meet the definition we agree in writing before launch, up to a monthly cap you set. On the work itself we commit to the agreed send volume, a spam rate under 0.1% and replies passed to you within a business day.
Is cold email legal in Australia and the UK?
Business-to-business, yes, under conditions that differ by market. Australia's Spam Act is the strictest: consent can only be inferred from a conspicuously published address and a message relevant to the person's role. The UK allows emailing companies with an opt-out but not sole traders. The compliance page sets out what we do in each market.
What is AI actually doing, and what is a person doing?
AI researches accounts, summarises what they do and drafts first lines and follow-ups. A person decides who is in the list, checks every claim made about a prospect, and approves copy before it sends. Replies are read by a person.
