Repomanta Information Technology Services, trading as Repomanta Digital Lab, builds business process automation. The core work is designing, building and maintaining automated workflows on n8n and Make.com — connecting CRMs, accounting systems, email, storage and internal tools so repetitive work runs without a person in it — plus AI agents for classification, extraction and routing. Alongside that we offer software engineering outsourcing when a client needs people rather than systems, and B2B IT procurement. We are based in the Philippines and work across Asia-Pacific, Australia, the UK and the US.
How do you build — do you use AI yourselves?
Yes, on the mechanical parts, and we would rather say so plainly. Scaffolding, wiring, transformation code and first-draft documentation are produced with machine assistance against 9 written build standards, then every build is checked automatically against 476 known node types before handover. Judgement is not delegated: what to automate, what the exception handling does and where a person belongs in the loop are decided by an engineer who is accountable for the result. Your data does not go into that tooling — machine assistance operates on workflow structure, code and documentation, never on your live records.
Where are you based, and what timezone do you work in?
The Philippines, on Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). That gives a full working-day overlap with Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan, a partial morning overlap with the Middle East and Europe, and evening overlap with the US west coast. Timezone expectations are written into the engagement rather than assumed.
How do I start an engagement?
Book a thirty-minute scope call. You get an honest answer about whether we are the right fit, then a written quotation with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Both are free. Work begins once an agreement is in place and any agreed upfront portion has been received.
Who owns the code you write?
You do, on full payment. Contract engineers assign their intellectual property to us at the moment of creation under a signed subcontractor agreement, which is what allows us to validly assign the deliverable on to you. It is worth asking any outsourcing provider how they handle that chain — without it, they cannot legally give you what they are selling.
Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?
Yes. Work has been delivered for clients in Australia, Singapore, Guam and the Philippines. Invoicing in foreign currency is normal, and a Data Processing Agreement is available where personal data is involved.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many systems the work touches, whether the process is already documented, and how clean the data is — which is why there are no figures on the site. The engagement models page explains each pricing basis, and a thirty-minute call gets you a real written quotation at no cost.
