    Repeat work & referrals

Bring back the customers you've already won

Your cheapest next job is from someone you've already done a good job for. We turn your past customer list into reminders that are actually useful, like an annual air-con service, a hot water check or a gutter clean before winter, and ask happy customers to pass your name on.

    How it runs

    1. 01

      Sort the list

Who you can contact and how, under the rules in your country, before anyone writes a word.

    2. 02

      Plan the year

A calendar of reminders and seasonal messages that fits your trade.

    3. 03

      Send, track, tidy

Messages go out on schedule, replies come to you, and opt-outs are honoured straight away.

    Honest limits

    What this isn't

    • We don't buy lists or message people who were never your customers.
    • We don't send without an unsubscribe, and we don't ignore one.
Am I allowed to email and text past customers?

Usually, if they're genuine customers, the message is about related work and every message has an easy opt-out. The basis differs by country: the UK has a soft opt-in for existing customers, Australia's inferred consent is narrow, and US marketing texts need the customer's written consent. We check your list against your country's rules before anything goes out, and ask for consent going forward.
