Outsourcing & BPO
Engineering capacity you can actually hold to account
Outsource automation, full-stack and AI engineering to a registered Philippine provider. You get named engineers, written IP assignment, documented handover, and a paid trial before any longer commitment.
- UTC+8
- Full-day overlap with APAC and Australia
- 2 weeks
- Paid trial before any longer engagement
- Written
- IP assignment on every contract engineer
- Documented
- Runbook and handover as a deliverable
Three ways to engage
Pick the one that matches how the work actually arrives. Changing model later is a conversation, not a renegotiation.
Dedicated engineer
Monthly, 1 month minimum
You have a continuous backlog and want the same person in it every week.
- Full-time or part-time allocation to your team
- Works in your tools, your standups, your board
- You direct the work; we handle contracts, IP and continuity
- Replaceable on notice if the fit is wrong
Project team
Fixed scope, fixed fee
You have a defined build with an end state and want it delivered, not managed.
- Scoped in a Statement of Work with acceptance criteria
- Milestone-based payment
- Single point of accountability — you talk to one person
- Documented handover on completion
Staff augmentation
Hourly, capped
You need a specific skill for a specific stretch, without a headcount decision.
- Automation, integration, AI/LLM, front-end or backend specialists
- Time logged and reported against a cap you set
- No minimum term beyond the current sprint
- Scales down as cleanly as it scales up
Roles we staff
Deliberately narrow. These are the areas where the work has actually been delivered, rather than a list of every technology that exists.
Automation & integration engineers
n8n · Make.com · REST/GraphQL APIs · webhooks · queues
The core competency. Systems that move data between tools without a person in the middle.
Full-stack developers
React · TypeScript · Node · Tailwind · Vite · Postgres
Product and internal-tool work, from a marketing site to a customer portal.
AI / LLM engineers
OpenAI · Anthropic · RAG pipelines · agent orchestration · evals
Agents and retrieval systems built to be evaluated, not demoed.
Backend & data engineers
Python · Node · SQL · ETL · reporting pipelines
Data plumbing, migrations, and the reporting layer on top.
QA & process documentation
Test plans · runbooks · SOPs · handover packs
The part most outsourcing quietly omits, which is why handovers fail.
How an engagement starts
01
Scope call
30 minutes. What the work is, what stack, what timezone overlap you need, and whether we are actually the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.
02
Written proposal
Engagement model, named people, rate, start date and notice period. No open-ended retainers and no vague 'team of experts'.
03
Paid trial period
Two weeks of real work on a real ticket. You judge the output, not a CV. Walk away at the end with no further obligation.
04
Onboard properly
NDA and subcontractor agreements signed before access is granted. Every credential logged on an access record so it can be revoked cleanly.
05
Run and report
Weekly written update: what shipped, what is blocked, hours used against cap. Monthly invoice matching the report.
The paperwork that makes it safe
Outsourcing fails on governance far more often than on skill. The three things below are in place before anyone touches your systems — and they are the three questions worth asking any provider you are evaluating.
Chain of IP assignment
Every contract engineer assigns their work to us at the moment of creation, which is what lets us validly assign it on to you. Ask any provider to explain how they do this; the answer is revealing.
Access control and offboarding
Narrowest role that works, logged on an access register, revoked against a written checklist at the end — including releasing platform seats so they stop billing.
Written weekly reporting
What shipped, what is blocked, hours against cap. An invoice that matches a report nobody wrote is how outsourcing budgets quietly overrun.
Straight answers
How large is your team?
Repomanta Digital Lab is small and deliberately so. The principal engineer does the engineering work and the client-facing work directly, so the person who scopes your system is the person who builds it. Additional capacity comes from a vetted network of contract engineers, engaged per project under written agreements that include IP assignment and confidentiality. We do not claim a large permanent bench, because for the size of engagement we take on, one accountable engineer beats a rotating pool.
What timezone do you work in?
Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). That gives a full working-day overlap with Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan, a partial morning overlap with the Middle East and Europe, and evening overlap with the US west coast. Timezone expectations are written into the engagement rather than assumed.
Who owns the code your engineers write?
You do, on full payment. Contract engineers assign their intellectual property to Repomanta Information Technology Services at the moment of creation under a signed subcontractor agreement, which is what allows us to validly assign the deliverable on to you. Without that chain of assignment an outsourcing provider cannot legally give you what it is selling — it is worth asking any provider how they handle it.
How do you handle access to our systems and data?
Access is granted per engagement at the narrowest role that lets the work happen, recorded on an access register, and revoked at the end with a documented offboarding checklist. Credentials are held only in a platform's own credential store or an encrypted password manager, never in plain text, chat or email. Where personal data is involved we sign a Data Processing Agreement.
What is the minimum commitment?
One month for a dedicated engineer, or a single sprint for staff augmentation. Project work is scoped and fixed-fee with no ongoing commitment. There is a two-week paid trial before any longer engagement, so you are never locked into a fit you have not tested.
How is this different from a large BPO provider?
Two things. You deal directly with the person accountable for the work rather than an account manager, and every engagement produces documentation — runbooks, architecture notes, access records — as a deliverable rather than an afterthought. The trade-off is honest: we take on fewer engagements and we are not the right choice if you need fifty seats next quarter.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. Repomanta Information Technology Services is a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, trading as Repomanta Digital Lab. Contracts are issued in the registered name, and a Services Agreement, NDA and Data Processing Agreement are available before work begins.
Start with a scope call
Thirty minutes, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether this is a fit. If it is not, we will tell you what would be.
