IT Procurement
Buy the right thing once, with the margin in plain sight
Multi-supplier sourcing for hardware, networking, licences and cloud — quoted as supplier cost plus a stated margin, ordered against a purchase order, and optionally provisioned and documented so what arrives is a working asset rather than a box.
What we source
Computers & workstations
Laptops, desktops, workstations, monitors, docks and peripherals
Networking
Routers, switches, access points, firewalls, structured cabling
Software & cloud
Licences, subscriptions, cloud capacity, automation platform tiers
Security
Endpoint protection, backup, MFA hardware, password management
The process, and why each step exists
Procurement goes wrong in predictable ways: the wrong specification, an invisible margin, and no paper trail when something needs returning. Each step below closes one of those.
01
Requirement
You tell us what the business needs to do, not which SKU to buy. Specifying the outcome first is how you avoid paying for capability you will not use.
02
Supplier quotations
We source from multiple suppliers and show you what came back, including the options we did not recommend and why.
03
Our quotation
One document: specification, supplier cost basis, our margin stated, lead time and warranty terms. No bundled mystery pricing.
04
Purchase order
You issue a PO against the quotation. Nothing is ordered before that, and nothing is bought speculatively on your behalf.
05
Fulfilment & delivery
Supplier purchase, delivery, and a delivery receipt you sign. Serial numbers recorded so the asset register is accurate from day one.
06
Setup & handover
Optional: provisioning, account setup, security baseline, and a documented inventory. Procurement without setup is half a job.
How we price, stated up front
Most IT resale hides the margin inside a bundled price, which makes it impossible to tell whether you are paying for sourcing effort or for opacity. We quote the cost basis and the margin as separate lines. You can always take the specification and buy it yourself — and sometimes we will tell you to.
- Supplier cost and our margin shown as separate lines on every quotation
- Sourced to order against a purchase order — no speculative stock
- Multiple supplier quotations shown, including the ones we did not recommend
- Lead time and warranty channel stated before you commit
- Serial numbers recorded on delivery so your asset register is accurate
- Ongoing subscriptions recommended in your name, managed by us

Straight answers
How does your procurement pricing work?
Supplier cost plus a stated margin. The quotation shows the specification, the cost basis and the margin as separate lines, so you can see exactly what you are paying us for. We would rather show a margin you can evaluate than hide it inside a bundled price.
Do you hold stock?
No, deliberately. We source against a confirmed requirement and a purchase order rather than carrying inventory. Holding speculative stock ties up capital and pushes a supplier to sell you what is in the warehouse rather than what fits. Sourcing to order means the specification stays honest — the trade-off is lead time, which is stated on every quotation.
Can you procure for us and also set it up?
Yes, and it is usually the point. Hardware that arrives without provisioning, account setup, a security baseline and an inventory record is a box, not a working asset. Setup is quoted separately from the hardware so you can see both costs, and you can take either without the other.
What about warranty and support on the hardware?
The manufacturer's warranty applies and is stated on the quotation, with the supplier as the warranty channel. We will handle the claim process on your behalf during the first 12 months if you want that included; after that we can still assist on a time basis. We do not resell extended warranties we cannot support.
Can you supply software licences and cloud subscriptions?
Yes — licences, subscriptions, cloud capacity and automation platform tiers. Note that for ongoing subscriptions we generally recommend the account sits in your name with your payment method, and we manage it for you. Subscriptions billed through a third party become very awkward to move later, and that is your leverage to keep.
Do you serve government procurement?
Not yet. Government procurement in the Philippines requires PhilGEPS registration and a track record of comparable private contracts, which is a later stage of our roadmap. Today we serve private-sector B2B clients. We would rather say so than take on a bid we cannot deliver against.
What is the minimum order?
There is no formal minimum, but below roughly one workstation's worth of equipment you are usually better off buying direct — our value is in specification, multi-supplier sourcing and setup, and on a single small item that overhead is not worth paying for. We will tell you when that is the case.
Tell us the requirement, not the SKU
Describe what the business needs to do and we will come back with sourced options, costs and a recommendation.
